FIRST TEAM

Jessy Shipman, Sherando, Catcher

The senior hit .508, had an area-best five triples and two homers for the Warriors. Shipman was a first-team All-Northwestern and second team All-Conference 21 selection.

Michaela Carper, Sherando, Infield

The junior lead-off hitter for the Warriors batted .434 with 21 runs scored and 11 stolen bases. Carper was a first-team All-Northwestern District and second team All-Conference 21 selection.

Makaela Dawkins, Skyline, Infield

The sophomore was the Conference 28 Player of the Year, and was a first team All-Northwestern District selection. She led the Hawks to a 13-8 record and to the Conference 28 semis.

Brooke Post, Warren County, Infield

The senior hit .333 with 16 runs scored and 16 RBIs. Post was a second-team All-Bull Run and All-Conference 28 selection. She led the Wildcats to the Conference 28 semis.

Shennan Waldron, Central, Infield

The freshman batted .324 with seven doubles, 18 runs scored and 12 RBIs for the Falcons. She helped lead Central to a 17-4 record and the Conference 28 championship.

Katie Manson, Sherando, Outfield

The junior was a first-team All-Northwestern District selection. Manson helped lead the Warriors to an 8-11-1 record and a third-place finish in the Northwestern District.

Sydney Plum, Central, Outfield

The senior batted .403 with seven doubles, two home runs, 17 runs scored and 16 RBIs. Plum was a key cog in Central's 17-4 record, which included the Conference 28 crown.

Hannah Ritter, Skyline, Outfield

The senior batted .462 with four triples and 14 RBIs. She also had a 3-3 record in the circle for the Hawks. Ritter was a first team All-Northwestern and first team All-Conference 28 selection.

Nikki Killen, Strasburg, Designated Hitter

The junior hit .344 with four home runs, six doubles, 16 RBIs and 22 runs scored for the Rams. Killen was a first team All-Bull Run District selection, and led the Rams to a 9-10-1 record.

Carrie Robinson, Skyline, Utility

The junior was a first team All-Northwestern and a second team All-Conference 28 selection. Robinson also had 58 strikeouts in 56 innings pitched and a 6-4 record in the circle for the Hawks.

Bekah Ansbro, Central, Pitcher

The sophomore led the area with 0.88 ERA, and 199 strikeouts in 126 innings for the Falcons. Ansbro finished with a 15-2 record and led the Falcons to the Conference 28 title.

Paige McLachlan, Warren County, Pitcher

The junior batted .421 with an area-best 14 doubles, three home runs, 18 runs scored and 28 RBIs for the Wildcats. McLachlan also struck out 129 and had a 2.39 ERA in the circle.
