First Team

Jake Adams, Sherando

The senior midfielder was third on the Warriors with seven goals and also contributed three assists for Sherando. Adams was a first-team selection in both the Northwestern District and Conference 21.

The senior forward tied for the area lead with 22 goals and had 11 assists. Buono was voted the Conference 21 Player of the Year and shared that title with teammate Andrew Wade in the Northwestern District.

Justin Haggerty, Skyline

The senior forward/midfielder was one of the top scoring threats for a Hawks team that struggled to two wins in 2015. Haggerty was one of four Hawks to earn a second-team all-Conference 28 selection.

Jov Hall, Sherando

The senior helped lead a Warriors defense that held opponents to 1.25 goals per game and recorded eight shutouts in 2015. Hall was a first-team selection in both the Northwestern District and Conference 21.

Justin Haggerty

The senior forward tied for the area lead with 22 goals and added four assists for the Patriots last fall. Harrison led SVCA to a VACA state tournament championship and was named the VACA state player of the year.

Franklin Hernandez, Central

The senior midfielder finished third on the team with four goals and led the Falcons with six assists this past season. Hernandez was a second-team selection in both the Bull Run District and Conference 28.

Pedro Jacuinde, Stonewall Jackson

The junior midfielder/forward was the top scoring threat for the Generals in 2015. Jacuinde was one of two Stonewall Jackson players to be named to a second team Shenandoah District selection.

Kevin Riley, Sherando

The senior goalkeeper was second in the area with 112 saves and had an area-leading eight shutouts this past season. Riley was a first-team selection in both the Northwestern District and Conference 21.

Eric Ventura, Central

The senior defender had two goals and an assist while leading a Falcons defense that recorded six shutouts this past season. Ventura was a first-team selection in both the Bull Run District and Conference 28.

Peter Harrison

The senior midfielder finished with 20 goals and led the area with 16 assists. Wade shared Northwestern District Player of the Year honors with teammate Tommy Buono and was a first-team all-Conference 21 pick.

Korey Wolford, Central

The junior forward emerged as the Falcons’ leading scorer in 2015 as he finished with six goals and an assist. Wolford was a first-team all-Conference 28 selection and a second-team all-Bull Run District pick.
