Boy’s basketball camp
Warren County Parks and Recreation will hold a boy’s basketball camp for ages 6 to 8 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Warren County Middle School.

Full moon walk
The state Arboretum at Blandy Farm in Boyce will hold a full moon walk from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday.

Oct. 18 is the deadline to register for the 3-2-1 and Done class sponsored by the Shenandoah County Parks and Rec Department from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Oct. 25-Nov. 17 at the Historic Courthouse in Woodstock.
The program combines cardio with resistance training and core exercises. The cost is $40. Information, registration: 459-6777.
The Front Royal Chamber of Commerce will sponsor Golftoberfest at noon Oct. 20 at Blue Ridge Shadows Golf Club, 456 Shadows Drive, Front Royal. Information: 540-635-3185 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The fourth annual Front Royal Zombie Walk will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 22 starting at the Bing Crosby Stadium and ending at the Gazebo.
There will be vendors and music. Charitable donations will go to the Warren County Humane Society and CCAP.

Bryce Resort at Basye will hold its Oktoberfest and Bike Bonanza from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 22 on the resort’s slopes.
Featured will be Heidi and Heimut Echo Show Band from 2 to 5 p.m., food, German beer garden and wines, pumpkin painting, beading, castle bounce, corn hole, zip line, bike park and disc golf.
The Shenandoah Valley Runners will sponsor the Greasy Gooney 10K starting at 9 a.m. Oct. 22 on Bentonville Road west of Browntown for runners and joggers of all speeds.

The Marge Moyers Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held Oct. 22-23 at the Shenvalee in New Market.

The 14th annual Race to Beat Breast Cancer 5K will be held starting at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 22 at Westover Park, 305 S. Dogwood Drive, Harrisonburg.
