BURLINGTON, N.C. -- No. 9/14 Shenandoah University earned its first-ever USA South Conference baseball championship with a 7-4 win over Christopher Newport on Sunday afternoon at Burlington Athletic Stadium.

FRONT ROYAL -- Kelly Martin broke through with a goal in the 54th minute to lift host Warren County over Central 1-0 in a non-district girls soccer game on Monday.
CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. -- Millbrook's softball team kept its bats quiet for most of the game, but broke through late with a three-run sixth inning to defeat Washington, W.Va., 3-1 on Thursday.

Limestone College's Jeremy Parker, a Millbrook High School graduate, posted a fourth-place finish at Saturday's NCAA Division II wrestling national championships in Omaha, Neb., to earn All-American honors.
