Kline wins award for Shenandoah

Shenandoah University men’s basketball player Kevin Kline has been named the USA South Conference Player of the Week for the second straight week in selections announced on Monday by the conference office.
Kline, a junior, led the Hornets to wins over Stevenson and Marymount by averaging 24 points, six rebounds and 3.5 steals in the two contests.
In the 74-62 overtime victory over Marymount, Kline posted a career-high 30 points along with 11 rebounds as he was 14-for-20 from the field.
For the season, Kline is shooting .603 (82-for-136) from the field and has two double-doubles.
Shenandoah is off this week for the Christmas holiday, and returns to action on Dec. 29 with a non-league game against Trine (Ind.).
