The Winchester Royals Baseball Team will play today and Sunday at Bridgeforth Field in Jim Barnett Park, 1001 E. Cork St., Winchester. Admission is free. Information: 540-662-4466.
The Shenandoah Pattern Classic, where airplane modelers test their skills against each other flying prescribed maneuver sequences, will be held today through Sunday at Flying Field on state Route 11 South near the entrance to the Rockingham County Fairgrounds in Harrisonburg.

The Town of Luray will offer night cat fishing at Lake Arrowhead until midnight today and June 23. Fishing permits are required for ages 16 and older. Information: Parks and Recreation Department at 540-743-6475.
Sky Meadows State Park in Delaplane will hold a Kid’s Fishing Day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Turner Pond.
Kids will learn how to fish with the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries, play games and learn about pond habitat with rangers and volunteers.
The Visitor Center will also be open with information on the Family Discovery Backpack program, Junior Rangers and geocaching.
Children under 16 can fish without a license. Non-resident children under 12 do not need a license if accompanied by a properly-licensed adult.

The 5K Run/Walk to Make a Difference to benefit the Shenandoah County Pregnancy Center will be held at 9 a.m. June 24 at Shenandoah Sew and Vac, 498 N. Main St., Woodstock.
