WINCHESTER -- With a solid nucleus returning from last year's Class AAA West Virginia state championship team, Martinsburg High School baseball coach John Lowery Jr. had no reason to panic when his team found itself deadlocked with Millbrook in the middle of Wednesday night's season opener for both schools.

Luckily for Mobley, she had two Amateur Athletic Union basketball teammates in Millbrook's Courtni Green and Sara Mead who were happy to help steer her in the right direction.
