So easy to preserve
Like my coworker Karen said last week, VCE FCS will be holding a program teaching you how to preserve your foods. It is so important to know the proper techniques when canning food to prevent botulism, bacteria growth and food spoilage!
So Easy To Preserve is being held at three different locations in May:
Our program offers a hands-on class teaching proper methods of food preservation by water bath canning, pressure canning, freezing and drying. You will leave with the confidence to correctly preserve foods at home, great resources and some yummy goodies!
Cost: $10 per person. Preregistration is required.
