Questions you should ask at the interview
A job interview should flow more like a conversation and not an interrogation or firing squad! The purpose of an interview is to see if you are a good fit for the employer's needs, but also for you to determine if the job/company/culture is a good lift for you as well.
An employer appreciates an applicant who comes to the interview with questions. By having a list of prepared question to ask the interviewer, it would appear you really have interest in the company and its needs.
Consider some of the following questions to ask at your next interview:
Typically, you will be informed what responsibilities are associated with the position, but just in case this is not covered, be sure to ask specifics about what type of skills will be needed to be successful on the job.
Make sure you DO NOT ask about salary and benefits in the interview, as this really portrays the wrong image. An employer wants to know what you can do for them, not what they can do for you!
I'd love feedback on your recent interview experiences...please share!
