New workshop format

In an effort to provide job seekers with the most information in the most convenient way possible, we have re-arranged our monthly workshop schedule. You will notice we have "clustered" seminars that have a common theme to be facilitated back to back on the same day. For example:

• Professional resume writing and plain text conversion (Tuesday, March 1)


• Preparing for a behavioral interview and group participation mock interview (Tuesday, March 8)


• Finding the hidden job market and marketing yourself in a highly competitive job market (Tuesday, March 15)


• Mastering the electronic job search and the mature job seeker (Tuesday, March 22)

It is our hope that this schedule will make it easier for folks to come spend the morning at the VEC and stay for two workshops instead of spreading them out over the month.
