Shenandoah County Library in Edinburg will host “Spirits, Stills & Temperance” at 5:30 p.m. August 13 to welcome the arrival of the traveling exhibit "Teetotalers & Moonshiners: Prohibition in Virginia, Distilled”. There will be refreshments, local history displays and a showing the 1932 Prohibition classic “The Wet Parade.” Throughout the evening the library will be highlighting items from its special Shenandoah Stories Trail that helps interpret the history of alcohol and temperance in Shenandoah County.
