The Friends of the Handley Regional Library System will present a musical memorial tribute to performer Madeline MacNeil, who passed away in March, during the Little Noon Music program at 12:15 p.m. Dec. 11 on Facebook.

She performed for the library system for over 20 years. Her friend, Rich Follett, coordinated the recording with area musicians performing their favorite MacNeil song.
