• General Education Development class: 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• English as a second language discussion group: 10 a.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• What the Tech: help every Tuesday with anything electronic.

• Genealogy Nuts-Shake Your Family Tree: 6 p.m., Oct. 3 and 17.

• Exploring Computers (intermediate): 1 p.m., Thursdays, focusing on social media.

• Books & Beyond Book Club: 10 a.m., Oct. 16, the group will discuss “The Hate You Give” by Angie Thomas.

• Land Management with 10 acres or less: 6 p.m., Oct. 16, led by Allyson Ponn, education and program support specialist with the Lord Fairfax Soil & Water Conservation District.

• Movie (ages 15 and older): 5:30 p.m., Oct. 17 showing the film “Rocketman,” the story of Elton John.

• Enhancing/editing photos using free apps: 10:30 a.m., Oct. 19, registration required.

• Sons of the American Revolution genealogy workshop: 2 p.m., Oct. 26.

• Degenerate Art-the Persecution of Modern Art and Artists in Nazi Germany: 6:30 p.m., Oct. 29, led by Ben Glenn.
