LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF SHENANDOAH MUTUAL FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY WOODSTOCK, VIRGINIA You are hereby notified, pursuant to Section 13.1-842 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, that the annual meeting of the members of Shenandoah Mutual Fire Insurance Company will be held in the meeting room of the Company Office in Woodstock, Virginia on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. for the purpose of electing Directors and the transaction of any other business which may properly come before the meeting. Randall S. Jones, Secretary If a member has not signed a proxy and wishes to be represented at this meeting or if a member wishes to change a proxy previously signed, a new proxy may be secured at the Company office. The office must receive new proxies on or before February 3, 2023.
