The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

Oct. 5: A 12-year-old was charged with two counts of assault and battery on a school employee and destruction of property. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Oct. 6: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a checkbook from a vehicle on Three Mile Bank Lane, Edinburg.

Oct. 9: Jessica Eby, of Leesburg, was charged with possession of heroin and marijuana. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Oct. 9: Tyler Miller, of Luray, was charged with petit larceny, credit card larceny and obtaining money by false pretenses. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Oct. 9: A 17-year-old was charged with assault and battery. Court date is 2:30 p.m. Nov. 15 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Oct. 9: Timothy Alexander Etter, of Mount Jackson, was charged with assault and battery by mob and reckless handling of a firearm. Court date is 9 a.m. Nov. 16 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Oct. 9: Randy Lee Lonas, of Broadway, was charged with assault and battery by mob and strangulation. Court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 26 and 9 a.m. Nov. 16 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Oct. 9: Martin Nicholas Greer, of Edinburg, was charged with driving under the influence. Court date is 2 p.m. Nov. 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Oct. 9: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a sign from property on Brannertown Lane, New Market.

Oct. 10: Ashton Beck Burroughs, of New Market, and England Marie Holley, of New Market, were indicted on charges of possession of methamphetamine. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Oct. 10: James Kenneth Rudolph Jr., of Strasburg, was indicted on charges of possession of methamphetamine. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Oct. 11: A 14-year-old was charged with assault and battery on a school employee. Court date is 11:30 a.m. Oct. 18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Oct. 11: Gerardo Quinones Jr., of Woodstock, was charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. A court date was Oct. 11 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Oct. 12: Robert Douglas Tate Jr., of Strasburg, was charged with shooting into an occupied building, reckless handling of a firearm and with the destruction of property. Court date is 11 a.m. Friday in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Oct. 13: Timothy Jerome Jackson, of Woodstock, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Court date is 11 a.m. Nov. 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Oct. 13: Christoph A. Traynor, of Oakland, New Jersey, was charged with possession of marijuana. Court date is 9 a.m. Dec. 21 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Oct. 13: Jared Alexander Swallow, of Virginia Beach, was charged with possession of marijuana. Court date is 9 a.m. Nov. 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Oct. 13: Jason Scott Sepos, of Davenport, Florida, was charged with soliciting without a permit. Court date is 2 p.m. Nov. 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Oct. 14: A larceny was reported. Someone removed prescription medication from a residence on Jackson Street, Edinburg.
