The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

Nov. 7: A 13-year-old was charged with assault and battery on a school official. Court date is 11 a.m. Dec. 6 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Nov. 8: A 15-year-old was charged with larceny. Court date is 11:30 a.m. Nov. 29 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Nov. 12: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a residence and truck on Barbershop Road, Edinburg.

Nov. 13: Charles Dewey Cubbage, of Stanley, was charged with forgery and writing a bad check. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Nov. 13: Jackson Heath Leonard, of New Market, was charged with making threats in writing. Court date is 11 a.m. Dec. 21 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 13: Melissa Mae Foltz, of Woodstock, was charged with domestic assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. Dec. 20 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Nov. 15: Rebecca Ann Cromer, of New Market, was charged with possession of marijuana and buying/receiving stolen goods. Court date is 9 a.m. Dec. 21 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 17: Luis Enrique De Jesus Diaz, of Edinburg, was charged with six counts of possession of heroin. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Nov. 17: Jerry Coleman Marsh, of New Market, was charged with destruction of property, strangulation and domestic assault and battery. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Nov. 18: Daniel Robert Miller, of Strasburg, was charged with rape. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Nov. 18: Rosanna Marie Todd, of Timberville, was charged with animal abandonment. Court date is 11 a.m. Dec. 21 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 18: Jessie Scott Chipiwalt, of Boyce, was charged with appearing drunk in public. Court date is 9 a.m. Dec. 17 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 18: Terri Denise Laing, of Middletown, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of heroin and driving with a suspended license. Court date is 9 a.m. Dec. 7 in Shenandoah County General District Court.
