The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

 

Oct. 15: Dietrich Day, of Woodstock, was charged with distribution of heroin. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

 

Oct. 15: Caitlin Arlene Poole, of Woodstock, was charged with two counts of child abuse/neglect. Court date was Oct. 18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

 

Oct. 15: A larceny was reported. Someone removed jewelry on Vista Lane, Edinburg.

 

Oct. 15: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a weed eater, chainsaw and tools on Back Road, Woodstock.

 

Oct. 16: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a business and sign on Maurertown Mill Road, Maurertown.

 

Oct. 17: Steven James Brown, of Maurertown, was charged with eight counts of forgery/uttering and four counts of obtaining money by false pretenses. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

 

Oct. 17: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a residence on Clicks Lane, New Market.

 

Oct. 18: Hunter Cole Yerby, of Unionville, was charged with obtaining money by false pretenses and petit larceny. Court date is 9 a.m. Nov. 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Oct. 19: Tre Wesley Thomas Berry, of Maurertown, was charged with possession of marijuana. Court date is 11 a.m. Nov. 16 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Oct. 19: Emily Nichole Gray, of Woodstock, was charged with possession of marijuana. Court date is 11 a.m. Nov. 16 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

Oct. 21: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a vehicle and removed parts on Center Street, Edinburg.

 

Oct. 21: Samuel George Butler, of Strasburg, was charged with domestic assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. Dec. 20 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.
