The SPCA of Winchester, Frederick and Clarke is recruiting volunteers to transport pets to and from the spay/neuter clinics in Manassas and Harrisonburg.
Volunteers must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Transporters are needed weekdays for both early morning and late afternoon runs.
