Open house

7 East Gallery will hold an open house at 5:30 p.m. today at 123 S. Main St., Woodstock.


The Woodstock/Edinburg Active Adult Fellowship will meet at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Edinburg VFW. Shirley Golliday will present a history of aprons with stories about different aprons in her collection.


Strasburg Christian Church will host quarter bingo from 6-9 p.m. Saturday. Soup and sandwiches will be sold starting at 5 p.m. Donations will be accepted to benefit Compassion Cupboard Food Pantry.

Addiction recovery

Blue Ridge Center for Therapeutic Horsemanship has been selected as a beneficiary of the Martin's Bags 4 My Cause program in January. BRCTH will receive a $1 donation every time the $2.50 reusable Bags 4 My Cause bag is purchased at any Martin's stores.
