Track facilities at Central and Strasburg high schools will be closed soon for maintenance.

Shenandoah County Schools Superintendent Mark Johnston stated in a news release that the track facilities at both high schools will be closed starting Monday.

The track at Central High School is to be replaced and will be closed through mid-to-late July.

Strasburg High School’s track is to be resurfaced and is expected to be closed for about two weeks.

Yard sale

Love and Faithfullness Church will hold a rummage/yard sale starting at 9 a.m. Saturday at 321 S. Royal Ave., Front Royal. Proceeds benefit the Coming Together Camp meeting to be held later this year. Information: David Clanagan at 540-247-1739.
