Grazing management

Jan. 22 is the deadline to register for a three-night series for producers to better understand grazing management sponsored by the Shenandoah County Extension office. • Lauren Derflinger, of Mount Jackson, has been named to the president's list at The State University of New York at Potsdam for the fall term. She is majoring in music performance.

• Anna Smith, of Edinburg, has completed a cross-cultural experience in Vienna and Europe. She was among 31 students from Eastern Mennonite University to participate in the program during the fall semester.
