FRONT ROYAL — A Front Royal woman was arrested in connection to an alleged Tuesday stabbing near the Royal Arms Apartments off Criser Road.

Tiffany Lynne Taylor, 33, a Royal Arms resident, was charged with malicious wounding. She is being held without bond at Rappahannock-Shenandoah-Warren Regional Jail and is due 9 a.m. Thursday in Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

According to a criminal complaint, the Front Royal Police Department responded to the area after receiving a report of a male possibly being stabbed. Taylor was booked at the jail around 3:30 a.m., according to online records.

Officer R.D. Lowery arrived at the scene and found a woman and a man, who had his hand on his back, walking in the parking lot, the complaint states.

The man told Lowery he was “good,” and started to stumble, the complaint states. Lowery exited his vehicle and asked if the man was OK. The man fell to the ground, the complaint states.

The man’s hand was bloody and Lowrey noticed he had been stabbed, the complaint states.

Two eyewitnesses and the victim told police that Taylor stabbed him.
