WOODSTOCK – A Shenandoah County grand jury handed up indictments Wednesday, charging individuals with offenses ranging from drug possession to child endangerment.

The grand jury met in Shenandoah County Circuit Court and indicted the following:

• Steven James Brown, 22, of 24733 Old Valley Pike, Maurertown, on one count each of unauthorized use of a vehicle, grand larceny and a second offense of driving on a suspended license.

• Rebecca Eileen Frost, 32, of 385 Fairview Road, Woodstock, on one count of possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance.

• Kaitlin Noell Hicks, 23, of 60 Moreland Drive, Winchester, on one count of embezzlement, six counts of grand larceny and six counts of conspiracy to commit grand larceny.

• Joseph Charles Kuchta Jr, 35, of 11105 Senedo Road, Mount Jackson, on one count of possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance

• Skyler Brooke Riley, 24, of 453 Lee St., Strasburg, on one count each of embezzlement, possession of marijuana and possession of schedule I or II controlled substance.

• Daniel Shane Blankenship, 28, of 259 Lakeview Drive, Woodstock, on two counts of child endangerment and one count each of possession of marijuana and possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance.

• David Joseph Buffington, 33, of Mount Jackson, on one count of possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance

• Kyle Steven Sunday, 28, of Haymarket, on one count each of abuse and neglect of a child, eluding police, destruction of property and a third offense in 10 years of driving without a license.

• Malcolm Andre Monts, 20, of no fixed address, on one count of grand larceny.

• Randall El Harris, 21, of 1030 Meadow Lane, Front Royal, on one count each of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.

• Christopher McCauley, 37, of 1286 Ox Road, Woodstock, on five counts of child endangerment and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

• Eric C. Parsons, 36, of 16557 Sherwood Place, Woodbridge, on one count of passing a forged check.

• Marc Holland, 36, 117 High St. Edinburg, on two counts of construction fraud.

• Katherine Steptoe, 25, of 330 Wildflower Lane, New Market, on one count each of obtaining money by false pretenses, credit card theft and credit card fraud.

• Melissa Polk, 45, of 340 N. Lee St., Woodstock, on two counts of embezzlement.

• Scott Barb, 40, of 563 Mill Road, Woodstock, on one count each of grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny.
