An event center with an onsite chapel, Historic Jordan Springs offers  an all-inclusive experience to couples.

“People are traveling a lot,” said Executive Director and Senior Event Producer Colt Nutter. “This is one of the biggest trends that we’re seeing now.”

Couples he has met are often looking for a location that does it all. At Jordan Springs, they can get the ceremony, reception, catering, floral and design team, bar service, deejay service and onsite salon, pastry chef and photographer.

Though the event center doesn’t have lodging, Jordan Springs partners with the Hilton Garden Inn in Winchester to shuttle guests to the wedding and back. Guests who stay there can also benefit from a group rate, he said.

Weddings at the house can be as elaborate or simple as couples like. Intimate parties of up to 50 guests can easily fit in the upstairs garden room, decked out with real grapevines from the property and silk leaves to maintain their green year-round.

Downstairs, the chapel hosts elegant weddings before releasing guests onto the sprawling lawns for cocktails and dinner at a moonlit reception for up to 400 people. A banquet hall also allows for indoor receptions.

The house boasts separate spaces for the cocktail hour and reception, eight working fireplaces and seasonal decor in the downstairs hall to set the mood as guests arrive. Themed weddings are also a hit at the venue, Nutter said.

Jordan Springs also features a lounge with a pool table for the groomsmen to get ready. Many locations, he said, only offer accommodations for the bride and bridesmaids.
