Several months ago in Woodstock, I witnessed kindness!

There was a young lady there who was mentally challenged. She and her father and grandmother were in the toy section of Walmart. The young lady picked up a doll and fell in love with it. She wanted it!  She cried and begged for it. However, it seemed like the family was unable to afford it at this time.

Several other shoppers witnessed this one lady hand the grandmother some money and another lady handed her a $10 bill. The grandmother was able to go and purchase the doll for this young lady.

In a world of so much hate and mixed emotions, this was a highlight! There are still people who care about each other. I pray that we would "be kind to one another" as the Scriptures teach us.
