It seems as if all Warren County employees get a 2.5-percent increase in pay across the board, which seems unfair! Our administrator now is $150,000-plus and the school superintendent probably is the same amount. According to the chart Doug Stanley posted at the April 9 public hearing, the teachers are at a mid-$40,000 salary. Most of the workforce is probably less.

It sounds like these two and their helpers are trying to make our teachers’ scapegoats to fill their pockets or bank accounts. Teachers’ pay is a drop in the bucket while the administrator and superintendent’s bucket runneth over. Is this fair?
