During the House of Representatives' debate on gun control Wednesday, Feb. 27, our congressman, Ben Cline said that he would lend his [firearm] to a neighbor who wanted one for self-defense. Do we really want a congressman with such a casual attitude to gun safety?

I know my neighbors, but I don't know Congressman Cline's neighbor. How do I know that his neighbor is a responsible firearms user? I don't, and for Congressman Cline to advocate a casual and careless firearms share is irresponsible beyond belief.
