The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

• Dec. 22: John Kanud Bryant, of Edinburg, was charged with five counts of violating a protective order, brandishing a machete and destruction of property. Court date is 2 p.m. Jan. 8 and 11 a.m. Jan. 15 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

• Dec. 26: someone removed a package from a residence on Old Valley Pike, Mount Jackson.

• Dec. 28: Matthew Tyler Parker, of Mount Jackson, was charged with taking indecent liberties with a child in a supervisory relationship. Court date is 9 a.m. Jan. 21 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

• Jan. 5: Someone removed packages on Mauck Lane, Edinburg.

• Jan. 6: Samuel Adam Murrey, of New Market, was charged with grand larceny, attempted abduction and domestic assault and battery. Court dates are 9 a.m. Jan. 22 in Shenandoah County General District Court and 9 a.m. Jan. 28 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

• Jan. 6: Richard Walt Lancaster, of Stephens City, was charged with obtaining money by false pretenses and conspiring to obtain money by false pretenses. Court date is 2 p.m. Friday in Shenandoah County General District Court.

• Jan. 6: Lindsey Dawn Pace, of Toms Brook, was charged with domestic assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. Feb. 18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

• Jan. 8: Justin Lee Webster, of Maurertown, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted violent felon, two counts of obstructing communication to prevent help and two counts of domestic assault and battery, third-plus offense. Court dates are 9 a.m. Jan. 21 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and 9 a.m. Jan. 22 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

• Jan. 9: Calob Ryan Ritter, of Middletown, was charged with two counts of child endangerment and driving while intoxicated. Court dates are 9 a.m. Feb. 12 in Shenandoah County General District Court and 9 a.m. Feb. 18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

• Jan. 10: Travis Raymond Jeffries, of Clear Brook, was charged with conspiring to commit larceny, third-plus offense. Court date is 2 p.m. Friday in Shenandoah County General District Court.
