The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

• July 2: Marcus Alan Kibler, of Maurertown, was charged with being a fugitive of justice from West Virginia. Court date was 9 a.m. Monday in Shenandoah County General District Court.

• July 3: Joseph Thomas Stubbs, of Woodstock, was charged with two counts of distribution of adderall and two counts of distribution of methamphetamine. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

• July 3: Tara Ashley Bly, of Woodstock, was charged with appearing drunk in public. Court date is 9 a.m. Sept. 20 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

• July 3: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a vehicle on Stoney Creek Road, Edinburg.

• July 4: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a residence causing damage on South Middle Road, Quicksburg.

• July 4: Paul Ray Frye, of Mount Jackson, was charged with domestic assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. July 25 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

• July 5: Brian Anthony Bradt, of Quicksburg, was charged with domestic assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. Aug. 8 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

• July 5: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a residence on Fravel Road, Woodstock.

• July 7: Yufanyi K. Alusoh Abonge, of Woodstock, was charged with appearing drunk in public. Court date is 9 a.m. Aug. 16 in Shenandoah County General District Court.
