The Warren County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

• Jan. 24: Paula Jean McMurray Burton, of Front Royal, was charged with possession of controlled substances and manufacturing, selling, etc. a controlled substance.

• Jan. 24: Holly Ann Richardson, of Crab Orchard, West Virginia, was charged with manufacturing, selling, etc. a controlled substance.

• Jan. 24: Madra Lynn Lambert, of Front Royal, was charged with manufacturing, selling, etc. a controlled substance.

• Jan. 24: Lemuel Cornelious McKenney II, of Front Royal, was issued a warrant by another jurisdiction for assault and battery.

• Jan. 25: Mohammed Zain Shah, of Front Royal, was charged with distribution of marijuana.

• Jan. 26: Brittany Nicole Baldwin, of Bealeton, was issued a warrant by another agency for failure to appear in court.

• Jan. 26: Bobby Jo Elizabeth Tumblin, of Front Royal, was charged with petit larceny, third-plus offense.

• Jan. 26: Renee Deanna Shockey, of Middletown, was charged with possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.

• Jan. 26: Jeremy Glen Smith, of Front Royal, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of manufacturing, selling, etc. a controlled substance,

• Jan. 26: Amber Dawn Smith, of Front Royal, was charged with two counts of possession of controlled substances.

• Jan. 27: Paula Jean McMurray Burton, of Front Royal, was charged with violating probation.

• Jan. 27: Billan Ibrahim Waberi, of Lake Frederick, was charged with two counts of petit larceny, second offense.

• Jan. 27: Darryl Trevon Lewis, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was issued a warrant by another jurisdiction for two counts of violating probation.

• Jan. 27: Samantha Paige Burner, of Edinburg, was issued a warrant by another jurisdiction for failure to appear in court.

• Jan. 28: Joseph Mpalang, of Fairfax, was charged with petit larceny and possession of controlled substances.

• Jan. 29: Janeen Ochoa, of Chester Gap, was charged with driving under the influence.

• Jan. 29: Kandise Jeuall Presgraves, of Front Royal, was charged with possession of controlled substances.

• Jan. 29: Seth Guy Barratt, of Front Royal, was charged with possession of controlled substances.

• Jan. 30: Patrick Ryan Sweeney, of Toano, was issued a warrant by another jurisdiction for contempt of court.

• Jan. 30: Shane Michael Kees, of Front Royal, was charged with manufacturing, selling, etc. a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, impersonating law enforcement, identity theft and forging public records.

• Jan. 30: Edward Leroy Croushorn Jr., of Bentonville, was issued a warrant by another jurisdiction for four counts of violating probation.

• Jan. 30: Wyntre Ryann Jefferson, of Stanley, was charged with possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.

• Jan. 30: Lisa Marie Montange, of Front Royal, was charged with noncompliance with ASAP.
