The Warren County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

• March 8: Philip Matthew Held, of Front Royal, was charged with noncompliance with ASAP.

• March 8: Brian Keith Hammer, of Kingwood, West Virginia, was charged with two counts of possession of controlled substances.

• March 8: Dominique Levon Terrell, of Bristow, was charged with possession of para-flurofentanyl and fentanyl.

• March 8: Stephen Walter Lewis, of Front Royal, was charged with distribution of methamphetamine.

• March 8: James Patrick Leonard III, of Front Royal, was charged with distribution of eutylone.

• March 9: Corey Wayne North, of Front Royal, was charged with allowing an unlicensed person to drive.

• March 9: Israel Omar Cruzado Albaladejo, of Luray, was charged with driving without an operator’s license.

• March 9: Ryan Jacob Allison, of Front Royal, was charged as a prisoner to conspire to possess marijuana.

• March 9: Tony Lamar Buford, of Winchester, was charged with contempt of court and was issued warrants by another jurisdiction for failure to appear in court and contempt of court.

• March 10: Sara Ann Richter, of Front Royal, was charged with possession of controlled substances.

• March 11: Amy Lynne Sajeski, of Linden, was charged with domestic assault and battery.

• March 11: Michael Deangelo Jacobs, of Annapolis, Maryland, was charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving.

• March 12: Chrissie Elizabeth Burrow, of Winchester, was charged with larceny, third-plus offense, and was issued a warrant by another jurisdiction for obtaining money by false pretenses.

• March 12: Erik Salazar Alcantar, of Front Royal, was charged with possession of child pornography.

• March 12: Wade Michael Ritch, of Gainesville, was charged with two counts of violating probation.

• March 13: Narissa Shantelle Everhart, of Middletown, was issued a warrant by another jurisdiction for violating probation.

• March 13: Melissa Clay, of Haymarket, was charged with public intoxication.
