A Shenandoah County grand jury indicted the following last week: 

Christopher Clayton Brown, 34, of 773 Howard Sions Road, Moorefield, West Virginia, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of hashish oil.

Angela Marie Haslacker, 40, of 554 Barbershop Road, Edinburg, was charged with obtaining a credit card or credit card number without consent and receiving a stolen credit card number.

Alissa Dawn Menefee, 22, of 2893 Saint Luke Road, Woodstock, was charged with possession with intent to sell more than 1/2 ounce but less than 5 pounds of marijuana and possession of fentanyl.

Jared Richard Lantz, 35, of 15647 Senedo Road, Edinburg was charged with possession with intent to sell more than 1/2 ounce but less than 5 pounds of marijuana and possession of a Schedule I or Schedule II controlled substance.

Michael Lewin Poe, Jr., 42, of 146 Bobcat Lane, Strasburg, was charged with possession of more than 1/2 ounce but less than 5 pounds of marijuana, possession of hashish oil and possession of methamphetamine.

Troy Elese Greene, 49, of 239 Lakeview Drive, Woodstock, was charged with theft of merchandise valued at $500 or more.

John Kenneth Barb, 40, of 1118 Stagecoach Road, Woodstock, was charged with possession of a Schedule I or Schedule II substance without a valid prescription.

Kevin Thomas Maiden, 43, of 8906 Old Black House Lane, Spotsylvania, was charged with possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

Zacharia Alan Knowles, 37, of 185 Cedar Spring Drive, Strasburg, was charged with neglect of a child under the age of 18.

Tonya Stayner Thomas, 50, of 161 Shenandoah Ave., was charged with distribution of more than 1/2 ounce but not more than 5 pounds of marijuana, possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance without a valid prescription and possession of a firearm while in possession of Schedule I or II controlled substance.

Aaron Wayne Dennison, 34, of 684 E. Rock St., Harrisonburg was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of hydrocodone.

Santos Paguaoa-Ordonez, 42, of 303 19th St., Grottoes, was charged with two counts of failure to perform work after receiving $500 or more.

Carl Joseph Kagey, 56, of 7458 Winestore Road, Timberville, was charged with distribution of a Schedule II controlled substance.

Dacey Lynn Frazier, 21, of 1660 South Ox Road, Edinburg, was charged with four counts of distribution of Cocaine.

Joseph McCard Frazier, 48, of 1660 South Ox Road, Edinburg, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm while in possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

Jasmine Desiree Darden, 25, of 408 Stover Ave., was charged with intent to defraud the Virginia State Police of $500 or less with two previously convicted larceny offenses.

Connor Patrick Keane, 21, of 5891 Gospel St., Mount Jackson, was charged with distribution of more than 1/2 ounce but not more than 5 pounds of marijuana and conspiracy to distribute more than 1/2 ounce but not more than 5 pounds of marijuana.

Timothy Robert Sloan Jr., 24, of 332 Eagle St., was charged with two counts of distribution of Hashish Oil, two counts of conspiracy to distribute Hashish Oil and possession of a firearm while in possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

Trey Matthew Riley, 22, of 332 Eagle St., was charged with distribution of more than 1/2 ounce but not more than 5 pounds of marijuana, conspiracy to distribute more than 1/2 ounce but not more than 5 pounds of marijuana, distribution of hashish oil, two counts of conspiracy to distribute hashish oil, possession with intent to distribute hashish oil, possession of a firearm while in possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

Taylor Lee Dashie, 25, of 10808 Orkney Grade, Mount Jackson, was charged with distribution of methamphetamine.

Alissa Dawn Menefee, 22, of 1593 Lakeview Drive, Woodstock, was charged with possession of cocaine.

Raymond Lee Marion Jackson, Sr., 39, of 328 Virginia Ave., Front Royal, was charged with distribution of Methamphetamine.

Kyle Devon Hatchett, 48, of 230 S. Charles St., Apt. 6, Strasburg, was charged with two counts of distribution of cocaine.

Joshua Paul Dorsey, 38, 462 Dickerson Lane, Strasburg, was charged with two counts of distribution of methadone.

Michael Brandon Allen, 38, of 137 South Marshall St., Strasburg, was charged with two counts of possession of fentanyl, possession of etizolam, and possession of a firearm while in possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I or II controlled substance.

Laidin Hawk Ruffolo, 25, of 129 Country Road, Stanley, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and three counts of distribution of methamphetamine

Donald Lee Sutherly, 26, of 7346 N. Congress St. Apt. 2, New Market, was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Hollye Beth Hullihen, 36, of 274 Nelson St., Mount Jackson, was charged with possession of fentanyl.

Ashley Nicole Bright, 33, of 2825 John Marshall Highway, Strasburg, was charged with distribution of methamphetamine, neglect of a child under the age of 18 years,

Jessie Lee Herald, 33, of 2559 Helsley Road, Edinburg, was charged with possession of a firearm after having been convicted of a violent felony.

Crystal Starr Stoneberger, 38, of 107 First St., Luray, was charged with two counts of distribution of methamphetamine.

Suzette Marie Steele, 58, of 222 Cloud Street, was charged with three counts of distribution of heroin, distribution of fentanyl, two counts of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute methylphenidate, possession with intent to distribute hydrocodone and possession with intent to distribute morphine.

Dylan Lee Stoneburner, 25, of 954 Hamburg Road, Edinburg, was charged with distribution of methamphetamine.

John Edward Whittington, 58, of 211-60 Forest Lake Drive, Stephens City, was charged with the distribution of oxycodone.

David Lee Funk, JR, 42, of 100 Massanutten Manor, Apt. T38, Strasburg, was charged with two counts of distribution of buprenorphine.

Filibuster Distillery, LLC, 80 Maurertown Mill Road, Maurertown, was charged with 47 counts of discharging industrial waste without a permit into a state water and discharging industrial waste into a publicly owned waste treatment works, and without a permit altering state water and making it detrimental to public health.

The distillery’s operator, Siddharth Dilawri, was charged with 54 counts of discharging industrial waste without a permit into a state water and two counts of discharging industrial waste into a publicly owned waste treatment works and without a permit altering state water and making it detrimental to public health.

Filibuster Barrels LLC, also known as Dilawri Barrels, LLC, was charged with nine counts of discharging industrial waste without a permit into a state water.
