Deputies responded to the Toms Brook Drive home at 6:27 p.m. Wednesday.
"Bly had left the scene before law enforcement arrived," the release states. "Bly was detained without incident at about 6:40 p.m. on Harrisville Road in Toms Brook."
The release notes that a handgun was recovered.
