Strasburg graduate Lloyd Willis was recently inducted into the Glenville State College Hall of Fame.

Willis was part of the 2020 Hall of Fame class, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic the ceremony was moved to this year.

Willis was a track and field standout and a four-year starter for the Pioneers. He graduated from Glenville State in 1987.

He won a championship in track and field in 1984 and 1986. He was a three-time champion in both the long jump and triple jump. Willis went to the national championships three times, twice in outdoor and once in indoors. He finished 10th in the 1986 at the national championships.
