Patsy park progressing nvd

An excavator moves dirt and rock Monday while constructing a parking area for a new park honoring the late country music singer Patsy Cline at 220 E. Pall Mall St. in Winchester. The bridge in the foreground eventually will connect the parking lot with the park planned for the area behind the brick house at 616 S. Kent, a short distance from the home at 608 S. Kent St. where Cline lived with her mother Hilda Hensley from 1948 to 1953.
